The Canine Fitness Centre aims  to assist all dogs to reach a peak level of fitness enabling them to enjoy life and to avoid common injuries.

At the Canine Fitness Centre, our staff will discuss and develop an exercise/rehabilitation program with you which is best suited to your dog. Through the use of the indoor heated exercise pool and aqua treadmill, the Canine Fitness Centre will assist your dog to gradually build stamina, strength and/or confidence to problem areas.

HEATED POOL: At Canine Fitness Centre, your dogs will enjoy the benefits of our indoor heated pool, swimming either with or against a swim jet, stimulating blood flow which expands blood vessels allowing increased oxygen to enter muscle tissues to rehabilitate a problem area. The Heated Pool is maintained at a comfortable 30 degrees celsius and sanitised by ozone and a deep bed filtration system as used in human hydrotherapy pools

AQUA TREADMILL: At Canine Fitness Centre, your dogs will also enjoy the benefits of our brand new Aqua-Treadmill. A program which includes the use of the Aqua-Treadmill, will increase the fitness and stamina of your dog as well as strengthening those injured and post-surgery muscles .

The Canine Fitness Centre's Aqua Treadmill offers:

• Easy access to exercise chamber (particularly for animals with difficulty    walking)

• Clear doors and windows for excellent viewing

• Automatically heated, ozone sanitised and filtered water

• Regulated water height to accommodate different dog sizes and adjust harness for different degrees of weight bearing.

• Adjustable treadmill speed with digital display for speed, tim and distance
